Equipment Damage: During rush hours, customers frequently leaned against the front glass of the old cabinets to reach products, causing cracks and breakage.
Product Stacking: Limited shelf space forced staff to stack meat packages on top of each other, leading to poor cooling circulation and bottom-layer spoilage.

The "Open-View" Series: Robust & Gentle
We deployed a customized 20-meter run of our Open-Top Fresh Meat Chillers, featuring spliced units tailored for their floor plan.

Impact-Resistant Design: Installed Pressure-Resistant Front Glass specifically engineered to withstand the weight and pressure of leaning customers, ensuring safety and longevity in high-traffic zones.
"Gentle-Breeze" Airflow: The unit features a specialized soft air duct design (-2°C to 5°C) that reduces direct wind intensity. This minimizes moisture evaporation, keeping meat juicy without dehydration.
Double-Tier Display: Instead of a single tub, we utilized a Dual-Shelf System. This doubled the display area, allowing distinct zoning for different cuts and eliminating the need for stacking.
Hygiene & Efficiency: Fitted with Stainless Steel Air Grilles and Decks for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Night curtains were added to lock in cold air after hours.
